Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of scaling up from R&D to full production manufacturing
Develop and maintain manufacturing protocols and quality compliance standards
Provide technical expertise for product development and production feasibility
Lead continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and efficiency
Manage training and support for production teams and operations
Monitor production metrics and implement data-driven improvements
Ensure comprehensive documentation of all manufacturing processes
Drive innovation in product performance and sustainable manufacturing
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
Experience in process development, scale-up, and manufacturing of chemical or liquid-based products
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent collaboration, communication and project management skills
