Market leaders in their field, this highly innovative food company manufacture a range of premium products for high profile customers.

The role: You'll be responsible for the NPD process from concept approval through to launch, managing the scale up and factory trials for the business. This will include process optimisation projects, developing strong relationships with customer technologists, and working with suppliers. Your role will also include ensuring products are implemented effectively, and with a busy launch schedule, you will need strong project management skills and excellent communication.

About You: Degree qualified in a food science/technology or related discipline, or qualified instead through your process-related industry experience. Knowledge and experience of scale up and management of factory trials, and being a strong project manager able to work with teams and under your own initiative to achieve results are essential. A passion for food and a desire to continue to extend your knowledge is important.
