We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our team in the chemical sector, specifically focusing on the food industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes to ensure the highest quality and efficiency in our production operations. Responsibilities:

Process Design and Development:

Design and develop new processes for the production of food-grade chemicals. Optimize existing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new and existing processes.

Process Optimization:

Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement. Implement process improvements to enhance product quality and production efficiency. Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure consistent product quality.

Project Management:

Lead and manage process engineering projects from conception to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, quality assurance, and maintenance. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all regulatory and safety requirements.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support to production teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues. Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and technical reports. Train production staff on new processes and equipment.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct safety assessments and implement safety measures to mitigate risks. Participate in safety audits and inspections.

Your Profile:

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. You have experience in process engineering within the chemical or food industry. You possess strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles and practices. You have experience with process control systems and instrumentation. You are familiar with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., FDA, GMP). You demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. You have strong project management and organizational skills. You communicate effectively and have strong interpersonal skills. You are able to work independently and as part of a team. You are fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus. Our Company Culture:
