Currently, I am on the hunt for an innovative and driven process engineer to join a thriving food manufacturer in the North West of England. This person will pioneer new solutions and drive continuous improvement across our operations. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing production processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and develop strategies to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement. Design and implement process improvements and new manufacturing systems. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve process-related issues. Monitor process performance and initiate corrective actions as needed. Implement lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience Needed:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience within a process role. Familiarity with process simulation software and process control tools.
