Process Engineer

to join the team on a permanent basis. Working Hours:

M-F (8:00 - 17:00) Salary:

£35,000 p.a. Location:

Coventry The Role:

Support and Lead Continuous Improvement projects, driving out waste and reducing downtime. Improve timescales. Design new systems, equipment, and processes for the introduction of new products or the improvement of the existing ones, ensuring all documentation is relevant and up to date. Key Responsibilities:

Target inefficiencies quickly using problem-solving techniques such as 5 whys, A3, and Root Cause Analysis. Reduce workplace hazards and ensure a safe working environment. Document all Engineering Changes. The Candidate:
