We are looking for a skilled Process Engineer to join our team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for someone with experience in process monitoring, technical support, and project management within a dynamic production environment. Your contribution: Monitoring and analysing key production processes to identify trends, drive improvements, and optimize operations. Providing technical support and troubleshooting to maintain efficient production workflows. Leading and executing small to medium-scale projects, including process development and equipment upgrades. Conducting thorough verification and validation of process changes to ensure quality and compliance. Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Production Control Plans, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Your experience and qualifications: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Previous experience in Cold Roll Bonding or similar metal bonding processes (desired). A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Proficiency with 3D CAD software such as Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks (preferred). A strong understanding of metal processing techniques, including rolling, annealing, and machining. Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Engineering, Maintenance, and Production departments. A flexible, proactive, and approachable attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
