As part of a strategic expansion, the firm is seeking a seasoned Process Engineer to enhance the synergy and efficacy of technical operations. The appointed Process Engineer will be instrumental in refining process metrics, establishing robust tracking systems, and delivering insightful data-driven recommendations to the management team. With a focus on safety and environmental compliance, the role demands a proactive stance on improving operational efficiency and product quality. The successful candidate will be pivotal in reducing cycle times, minimising scrap, and optimising Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) alongside the Production Manager. Technical prowess will be leveraged to support production, drive new projects, and spearhead the introduction of innovative products, ensuring technical contact and expertise are maintained throughout the engineering function.
