We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Process Engineer

to join our clients team. You will be responsible for mastering production technology and maintenance techniques to optimise production efficiency, reduce losses, and implement quality and safety improvements. Key Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve breakdowns, waste, and performance losses. Conduct and update performance reviews on designated production lines. Drive KPI actions and bottleneck resolutions through data analysis. Implement quality and safety improvements, waste reduction, and efficiency enhancements. Lead continuous improvement activities and support CI projects. Provide technical direction and coaching to shift teams. Identify and implement solutions for sustained line performance and reliability. About You: HNC or Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. 5+ years experience in technical or manufacturing roles, particularly with high-speed automated equipment. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of quality systems; PLC experience is a plus. Proven track record of driving safety and ergonomics improvements.
