Process Engineer

Process Engineer focuses on support maintenance activities and implement improvements to process equipment and systems.

What the role involves

• Support maintenance activities and implement improvements to process equipment and systems.
• Provide technical support for operation, maintenance, and performance of process equipment such as pumps, valves, heat exchangers, pressure systems, tanks and piping.
• Monitoring process systems to ensure equipment operates within design parameters and identify any performance issues.
• Supporting planned maintenance activities, inspections and equipment repairs with operations and maintenance teams.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
• Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience working with industrial process equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot process equipment faults.
