Job Title: Process Engineer

Shift Patterns: Days 06:00/7:00 - 15:00/16:00
We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Engineer who is looking for a long-term permanent role! Our client is experiencing record-breaking growth and is looking for committed employees to join their growing teams.
Responsibilities:
Minimising internal and external scrap.
Pursuing development and methodology of parameters to produce high quality castings.
Design modifications needed to enhance quality, reduce lead time, tooling, and manufacturing costs.
Calibrate simulation software and measurement tools.
Working to KPIs - 'Right first time.'
Enhance and support the operation of simulation software.
Maintain quality control systems according to company standards.
Reduce cost of manufacturing and eliminate reworks.
Mentor employees.
Qualifications/Experience:
NPI experience.
Experience working with castings.
Previous quality control experience.

Monday - Friday (Plenty of overtime)
06:00/7:00 - 15:00/16:00
Overtime paid after 40 hours.
30-minute unpaid break.
