The Department: The Process department has 2 main roles: It is involved in all projects from the outset, developing safe plant designs that minimise environmental impact and are efficient to run. It provides Technip Energies’ proprietary technology which includes Carbon Capture, Ethylene Steam Crackers, Ethylene from Ethanol, Fluidised Catalytic Crackers, Gas to Liquids, and various petrochemical processes including Ethylbenzene/Styrene. Role: Working under the direction of senior engineers, tasks will include plant simulations, performing Process and Systems calculations, compiling Process and Fluid Systems lists and summaries, marking up Process drawings, designing process equipment, and production of datasheets, as well as involvement in design review meetings including Hazops.
