Hybrid / Office Based commutable from Yeovil, Wincanton, Sherborne, Crewkerne, Glastonbury, Wells, Shaftesbury, Gillingham, Warminster, Frome and surrounding areas. Are you a Process Engineer or Process Engineering Manager with a background in Food, FMCG, Dairy or similar industries looking for the opportunity to showcase your skillset and take the technical lead in a highly autonomous position within a rapidly expanding business? You will lead from the front and mentor your team on projects working from concept to completion. This company is an Industry Leading Specialist, working in a niche subsector of FMCG and providing end-to-end bespoke solutions to their clientele. Due to their continued growth and a growing number of contracts, they are looking to expand their Process Engineering Team. In this Process Engineering Manager position, you will provide expert solutions to clients, working alongside the design and project teams to oversee production and manufacturing processes, ensuring continued efficiency and improvement. This role would suit a Process Engineer or Process Engineering Manager looking to take the next step and lead a team of experts, showcasing their skillset and taking the technical lead of a close-knit team as the business continues its growth. The Role:

Leading a close-knit team of Process Engineers. Working within the FMCG / Food Industry for a range of clients across the UK and Ireland. Office Based with some travel to client sites & Hybrid opportunity. The Person:
