How you'll play your part

In this role, you will assist in mapping, reviewing, and optimising processes across the organisation. The successful candidate will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document both existing and new processes, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organisational objectives.

Main Accountabilities

Collaborating with SMEs to gather insights and details about processes. Mapping and documenting processes, identifying potential improvements or gaps. Taking comprehensive notes during meetings, logging key decisions, and tracking actions to completion. Supporting the development and maintenance of process schedules and governance frameworks.
