Conduct in-depth analyses of current manufacturing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity. Implement and sustain lean manufacturing methodologies, such as Six Sigma, across the facility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and introduce best practices in production. Optimise material flow, equipment utilisation, and production layouts. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring efficient and scalable production processes. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of improvement projects. Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. About You:

A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or a related role. Knowledge of metal manufacturing processes, fabrication and tool design would be desirable. Familiarity with APQP/PPAP processes and manufacturing equipment. Proficiency in 3D CAD/CAM software (Autodesk Inventor or similar) and MS Office tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
