Process Improvement Manager

will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our hotel operations by owning and maintaining the Hotel Operating Manual. This includes keeping it up-to-date, ensuring policies align with our company risk register, and making sure hotel teams can easily access the information they need. The role also involves managing internal communications, supporting process changes, overseeing the creation of a digital knowledge hub, and driving a culture of compliance and sustainability. You'll work closely with the Operations team to simplify processes, use technology to improve efficiency, and ensure everything is structured and well-governed. Why Travelodge?
