The Role As a Senior Technical Sales Engineer, you will maximise sales of our water quality analysers across the UK. Targeting and securing new customers and business opportunities, you will build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and negotiate contracts. You will write tenders and proposals, network at conferences and industry forums, and provide effective handovers to the Project Delivery Team. Additionally, you will: Develop and mentor junior staff members Ensure the technical accuracy of proposals and tenders Provide feedback to the Product Development Team on customer needs and market trends Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities About You To be considered as a Senior Technical Sales Engineer, you will need: Proven experience in a technical sales role Experience in business development and securing new business Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills The ability to travel extensively across the UK A valid driving licence Other organisations may call this role Senior Technical Sales Executive, Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Manager, or Senior Instrumentation Sales Engineer.
