ISQ Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a

Process Support Partner

on behalf of a well-established client in the logistics and supply chain sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to take responsibility for logistical planning, process improvement, and project implementation.

Job Purpose The Process Support Partner will play a critical role in identifying weaknesses in operations, analysing root causes, and delivering robust solutions to enhance efficiency. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure the successful implementation of process improvements and new projects.

Key Responsibilities

Identify operational weaknesses and analyse root causes. Develop and implement robust solutions to improve processes. Support the implementation of Continuous Improvement (CIP) and Gainshare projects. Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to ensure project success. Monitor and steer projects, including process changes and updates. Maintain accurate documentation for layouts, pick-face/racking labels, and care points. Support go-live project phases, with flexibility to work across different shifts as needed. What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience working with data. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Experience with MTM (Methods-Time Measurement) calculations is desirable but not essential. Why Join?
