Shift based role- mixture of days & nights

As a Process Technician at our production site in Settle, North Yorkshire, you will be part of a business that takes pride in growing talent from within. You'll play a key part in the set-up of the newly implemented UK production of our Lactofree range. You'll learn on the job, creating a career for yourself in the UK's largest dairy.

As a Process Technician, you will be integral to site production. You'll be operating state-of-the-art machinery every day. You'll be able to have impact, generating ideas and implementing improvements. You'll be a problem solver, a technical expert, and a go-to person for all things liquid processing. Alongside all this, you'll be a valued colleague working as part of a quality-driven, passionate team.

Background/experience

The ideal candidate will have: FMCG or manufacturing experience (advantageous although not essential) A natural ability to solve problems. A strong sense of professional integrity and a passion for producing high-quality work with a strong safety mindset. The ability to work and make decisions, independently. Excellent IT skills.
