We are looking to recruit a Process Technologist to collaboratively support Continuous Improvement and Operations teams in executing projects aimed at enhancing cost efficiency and optimising processes while upholding product safety and quality. The Role

Plan and execute projects in seamless collaboration with wider teams. Energetically contributes to developing new, optimised processes, maintaining top-tier standards. Crucial role in overseeing equipment design, installation, commissioning, and validation, showcasing unwavering accountability and expertise. Collects and analyses data to power efficiency initiatives, embodying an energetic commitment to continuous improvement. Supports operations and collaborates with Process Controllers in savvy problem-solving and fault-finding, demonstrating an accountable and energetic approach. Actively shapes the strategic vision of continuous improvement, perfectly aligned with organisational goals and values. Excels in collaboration, driving projects with Continuous Improvement and Operations teams for enhanced efficiency and process optimization. Innovative Pioneer: Pioneering spirit in action, applying expertise to existing processes and products, bringing innovation to Operational Excellence Projects. Meticulous planner. Energetically contributes to new process development. Crucial role in equipment design and installation, ensuring accountability during commissioning and validation of new equipment. Data-driven with excellent Excel skills. Adapts to dynamic project demands, undertaking any activities with a pioneering and energetic mindset. Ideally holds an industry-related degree such as food science, food nutrition, chemistry, microbiology or engineering. Experienced in diverse career paths, such as starting as a Product Launch Technologist or transitioning from a project-focused engineering role. Brings relevant food manufacturing knowledge/experience, particularly advantageous in handling chilled food products in a development capacity.
