About the Process Technologist job The purpose of your role will be to ensure the smooth transition of its products from concept to launch, as well as identifying improvements within the factory that deliver efficiencies for the business. Key tasks Plan and organise resources in order to undertake trials and document the data generated. Submit appropriate samples as requested by customers as well as those for analysis. Carry out process validation of factory equipment to ensure site requirements are met. Work with both NPD and Operations to deliver right first-time products. About You Not only should you have relevant experience from within a food manufacturing environment, you also need: Good project management and problem-solving skills. Good levels of Food Safety and HACCP qualifications. Ideally possess a relevant degree and customer-facing experience.
