Responsibilities

Deliver process driven training for employees at all levels to ensure business needs are delivered focusing on health and safety and conformity to work processes for all. Management, monitoring and development of training matrix. Identify specific training needs and confirm these needs through consultation with appropriate personnel. Match training objectives to identified competency development needs. Plan and document approaches to training. Conduct training in a safe and accessible work environment. Select training methods that are appropriate to participants’ needs, trainer availability, location and available resources. Take a systematic approach to training. Revise and modify the approach to meet specific needs of training participants. Provide practice opportunities for participants to make sure they achieve the components of competency. Use various methods and diverse approaches to encouraging learning and meet the individual needs of all participants. Encourage participants to evaluate their own performance and identify areas for improvement. Monitor participants’ readiness to be assessed. Help them to collect evidence of satisfactory performance. Evaluate training in the context of self-assessment, participant feedback, supervisor comments and measurements against objectives. Your Key Qualifications Process driven training background ideally within Logistics, Manufacturing or Automotive environments. Strong ability to interpret and understand work processes and decipher relevant training to meet business objectives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt methods to suit all staff where necessary. Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
