Demonstrate and adhere to agreed objectives while striving to improve your personal development plan. Develop, maintain and support the Proclaim CMS. Maintain the Proclaim server environment including the Proclaim Task Servers. Demonstrate excellent coding skills. Identify and implement new techniques and tools that could benefit the organisation. Provide and review solution design documentation to ensure that designs are consistent with agreed standards. Liaise with team leaders, management, and users to capture requirements, document captured requirements and then implement them. Review business specifications and create documented functional requirements. Support end users with their usage of Proclaim and associated systems/software. Ensure code quality is high by providing evidence of unit testing and assist with peer code reviews. Implement software updates with minimal contention and which is completed without configuration and version errors. Personal Specification:
Competence and experience in the functions and features of Proclaim Development including: Maths Coding Screen Design & Field Creation Reports & Advanced Reports Auto Routines & SQL Creation of Letters, Tests & Before/After Maths Full working knowledge of Workflow & Database Maintenance Some working knowledge of Proclaim web/REST services Experience with designing workflows & interpreting design requests Ability to create procedures that will integrate the firm's case management system with external parties/applications Competence with creating custom reports in Proclaim and accounts Ability to maintain all systems in use in the accounts & Proclaim department Experience with creating structured documentation upon completion of projects and arrange relevant training, using Word & Visio Job Type:
