Procurement Administrator (Ref A966) Full time/Fixed Term (initial 6 month period)/Aberdeen City Campus Salary: £30,388.04 - £31,423.91 per annum The main duties include providing support to the Procurement Officers and Procurement Manager in the provision of an efficient procurement service to the College and its subsidiaries. Supporting College staff through the full end to end procurement lifecycle, including completion of tender documentation, evaluation, award notification, and contract management for mini competitions and regulated procurements. Providing College-wide specialist technical advice and practical support on procurement legislation, compliance, and value for money. Maintaining the PECOS procurement management system and ensuring its effective operation in the College and its subsidiaries. NESCol is a disability confident employer. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant HNC or equivalent level qualification or demonstrable experience (SCQF Level 7). Evidence of commitment to continuous professional development. Experience in delivering a complex administrative service within a busy office environment. Willingness to train and develop procurement capability and to study towards CIPS Level 2. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Knowledge of relevant procurement legislation. Communication and presentation skills. Negotiating skills. Team working skills. IT literacy. A good understanding of College procurement * PERSONAL QUALITIES

Highly developed communication, liaison, and networking skills. The ability to analyse and solve problems with a successful track record of managing and delivering change. Self-motivated. Committed to people development. Committed to customer service and quality improvement. Ability to relate to people. Able to develop positive working relationships. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
