Procurement Administrator Lithia UK- Central Functions Team Hybrid- 1 day at the office per week (Base at Stratstone Jaguar Land Rover Reading) Basic salary up to £26,000 salary with pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales service. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Procurement Administrator to provide administrative support to our fast-paced procurement team. As Procurement Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with the new supplier request/set up process. The role is fast-paced and will involve daily communication with suppliers and our internal stakeholders. Your journey as a Procurement Administrator: Supporting with the onboarding of new suppliers including requesting due diligence information Communicating regularly by email/phone with the suppliers to deal with any queries in a timely manner Liaising with the sites and ensuring any queries are dealt with promptly, also ensuring that they are following and understand the procurement process Managing ongoing due diligence for all active suppliers Updating the procurement systems and maintaining supplier records to ensure they are kept up to date Managing the procurement shared mailbox and actioning emails as they come in Adding supplier information to the Dealer Management System and maintaining supplier records Working closely with the other Procurement Administrators in the team Are you ready to embrace the challenge?
