are working with a business based in Dunstable, looking to hire a Procurement Data Analyst. They are looking for an analytical thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to shape procurement strategies through actionable insights and collaborate across teams to make a tangible impact. Key Responsibilities: Analyse spend data to uncover cost-saving opportunities. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Develop and maintain supplier KPIs and risk management tools. Identify procurement risks and provide detailed analysis and reporting. Conduct forecasting, focusing on seasonal trends, stock risks, and turnover targets. Manage aged stock and lifecycle/category analysis. Perform market research to stay ahead of industry trends. Assist in contract negotiations and drafting agreements. Create and maintain procurement and stock dashboards. Support supplier relationship management initiatives. Utilise advanced procurement software to enhance processes and analysis. Evaluate and recommend improvements to procurement policies and procedures. About You: Technical Proficiency:

Experience with data analytics tools, ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Dynamics), SQL, and forecasting tools. Excel Expertise:

Intermediate-to-advanced skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, and formulas. Analytical Skills:

Proven ability to analyse complex data, create KPIs, and generate actionable insights. Communication:

Strong ability to present data clearly and collaborate across teams. Experience:

Background in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar analytical role is desirable but not essential.
