Reporting directly to the Strategic Procurement Director, you'll gain valuable exposure to high-level decision-making and benefit from mentorship that will elevate your strategic and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Transformation:

Lead the integration of advanced analytics and technology into procurement processes, delivering innovative solutions to drive efficiency, cost savings, and value creation. Data-Driven Insights:

Identify key trends, opportunities, and actionable insights from procurement data, empowering practitioners and senior leaders to make informed, impactful decisions. Technology Optimisation:

Manage and enhance procurement platforms, from e-sourcing to supplier management and contract systems, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with teams across the organisation to implement technology solutions seamlessly, driving maximum value across departments. Driving Innovation:

Introduce fresh ideas and lead initiatives that push the boundaries of what's possible in procurement analytics and technology. Continuous Improvement:

Foster a culture of data-driven improvement, providing training, tools, and support to enable teams to thrive and deliver results. Requirements: Strategic Thinker:

You'll need a deep understanding of how data and systems can unlock value and drive operational success. Tech-Savvy Expertise:

Familiarity with procurement platforms like Oracle, Bravo, or other e-sourcing tools, combined with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI. Proven Leadership:

Experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams, with a focus on delivering measurable results. Adaptable Problem-Solver:

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities while driving continuous improvement. Effective Communicator:
