Executes procurement strategies for assigned components (goods / services), to ensure that quality, cost effective products are delivered in a timely manner. Job Description

For a given Subsea Project(s), to perform: Development and maintenance of the project procurement plan Sourcing activities Invitations to Tender (ITTs) Bid evaluations and award recommendations Supplier qualification activities in collaboration with the QHSE department and other stakeholders Contract negotiation, drafting and placement Contract progress follow-up and commercial management Advisory role to project team on all matters related to procurement and supply chain management Ad-hoc Requirements: Support department initiatives (for example, not exhaustive: Company sourcing strategies, systems, tools & process development). You are meant for this job if:

Must have: Contracts and negotiation experience Previous experience in supply chain or subcontracts environment. Proactive/committed approach to work, with flexibility and ability to undertake changing priorities. Good team player with the diplomatic skills necessary to build strong internal and external constructive relationships with multiple stakeholders. Good influencing and negotiation skills. Nice to have: Experience and knowledge of the Renewables and/or Oil & Gas Industry. Experience working in a project environment. Key interactions (internally, externally): Engineering, Project Management, Legal, QHSE, Cost Control, Suppliers, Subcontractors. Additional Skills

Ability to use own initiative and to solve problems. Ability to prioritise workload according to business needs whilst meeting the needs of cross-functional stakeholders.
