An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Assistant to join their Supplier Operations Team on a 9 month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will support the team in managing suppliers and ensuring supply chain resilience to keep operations running smoothly.
Duties will include:
Managing supplier and service provider relationships to ensure on-time delivery. Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams, including engineering, production, and finance. Assisting in the development of supply and service contracts. Managing shortages for Aircraft General Standard (AGS) parts. Supporting aircraft deployments and demonstrations throughout 2025. Support weekend working when required.
Qualifications / Experience:
Experience in procurement, supplier relationship management, logistics, or similar fields. Aviation or engineering background is advantageous but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently. A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel within the UK as needed.
