Procurement Assistant - Major Construction Organisation - £30k + £35k + Package + CIPS Sponsorship Contact: JobsAV@bramwithconsulting.co.uk This global Construction leader is looking to build their already market-leading procurement department with the implementation of a procurement analyst to support a number of flagship projects within their team. As well as offering an advanced development and learning program, this business will be relying on their procurement specialists to assist global growth and develop into buyer/procurement manager level in the future. This Procurement specialist role will hold the following responsibilities: Supporting the evaluation of competitive tenders for the supply of goods and services and negotiating with suppliers on all commercial and contractual matters. As part of a cutting-edge practice within the procurement team, you will assist in aspects of the sourcing process from supplier engagement and analysis through to contracts management. You will work with buyer teams to negotiate contracts and deliver savings and value add for the category. Working with senior stakeholders, you will develop market know-how and gravitas to influence major decisions across the aviation units. Working closely with the procurement team, internal stakeholders, and external parties to seek continued improvement in the category value. Experience world-class training and development within a procurement function renowned for developing talent internally and progressing them through the ranks. Procurement experience required to be successful in this role: University degree. 1-2 years prior procurement expertise ideal but not required. Interest in establishing a career within procurement/supply chain. Strong communication skills.
