Do you have a drive and desire to want to learn and grow within a procurement/supply chain environment? About the Role:

The role is an operational function with the responsibility of the full procurement process from processing the order to receipting the goods in our warehouse and packaging them up ready for our engineering team to deliver the jobs on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Prepare and process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve issues. Communicate with suppliers, negotiate prices, arrange samples, and source new suppliers. Conduct regular stock checks, reconcile any discrepancies, and process returns for faulty or unwanted items ensuring the returns are processed within the required time frames. Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure that supplies are maintained at adequate levels both in the warehouse and engineering van stock. Monitor budgets, compare prices, and assist in cost-saving initiatives. Generate and analyze procurement reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. The Successful Candidate Will Have: Ability to work well within a team environment. Strong IT skills including all Microsoft applications. Great telephone manner. High levels of self-motivation.
