Procurement Buyer – Print and Retail Displays

About the Role: As a Procurement Buyer, you’ll be at the heart of sourcing and procuring materials and services for cutting-edge print and retail display projects. Collaborating with suppliers, clients, and internal teams, your mission will be to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards. While prior experience in print is not essential, a strong foundation in procurement and buying is critical for this role. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to achieve the best pricing, quality, and terms. Negotiate costs and timelines to align with project needs and deadlines. Partner with internal teams to understand project requirements and specifications. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring they meet company standards. Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement. Ensure procurement activities align with budgets and profitability targets. Maintain accurate and detailed procurement records using company tools. Support project teams to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish. Identify opportunities to optimize costs and enhance procurement processes. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in procurement or buying, preferably in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of delivering cost savings. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects effectively. A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and driving improvements. Outstanding communication skills, enabling you to build lasting relationships with suppliers and colleagues. Results-oriented, with an emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.
