Entain are looking for a Procurement Category Manager – Content, to join its growing global business. The key purpose of this role is to optimise third party spend on all Content expenditure across Entain with the creation of short/mid/long-term value optimisation strategies aligned to the objectives of the business, focusing on Sports Data & Streaming alongside a range of other products & services that help drive our global sportsbook offering. Reporting to the Senior Category Manager, you will be part of our Global Procurement team influencing £Multi Million spend across multiple categories for Content. Key Responsibilities

Scope out of all historic and future Content spend by supplier, business unit and geography – including International Engage Product, Trading & Commercial teams to understand business strategies Create Content strategies, ensuring commercial tension across all areas of spend and a clear roadmap of activity based on contract expiry dates and business needs Build a cutting-edge knowledge of the supply base, providing value adding insights to the Product, Trading & Commercial communities Operate agile and effective commercial processes Optimise buying channels, to ensure efficient transactional procurement Understand critical areas for innovation and build a pipeline of opportunities to be shared with the supplier community Identification of global synergies Identification of revenue improvement opportunities Contribute and uphold the agreed values/behaviours of the team Using stakeholder and supplier networks, identify continuous improvement and step-change opportunities to improve product and service specifications Own and embody the team's values, including the promotion and embedding within the team Qualifications

Graduate calibre with Bachelor’s degree in Business (or other related degree) Post-graduate qualification (e.g. MSc/MBA) or a professional qualification such as MCIPS is desirable but not essential Sports/sports betting experience advantageous but not essential Technically and commercially astute Commercial awareness and excellent negotiation skills.
