Job Description The duties of the Procurement Coordinator will include: Manage procurement operations and vendor relationships Handle purchase orders and invoices in a timely manner Process clean orders onto Sage X3 Place purchase orders against customer orders and monitor all raised POs Collaborate with the team to identify cost-saving opportunities Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulations Assist in the development of procurement strategies and plans Resolve any issues regarding delivered goods, pricing, and invoices The Successful Applicant A successful Procurement Coordinator should have: Excellent attention to detail skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment Experience using Sage X3 Strong communication skills with the ability to build and develop relationships Highly organised and a strong team player What's on Offer On offer for the successful candidate is a salary between £26,000 - £28,600 per annum.
