Adult Social Care
and
Public Health
or
Construction
services. Manage large open tenders, frameworks, and lower-value procurement activities. Ensure compliance with
Public Contracts Regulations
and council policies. Work closely with stakeholders to assess needs and deliver effective procurement solutions. Identify and mitigate risks within procurement processes. Requirements: Proven experience in procurement within
Adult Social Care
and
Public Health
or
Construction sectors. Strong knowledge of
Public Contracts Regulations
