As a Procurement Contracts Manager, you will take the lead in managing procurement contracts, licensing agreements, policies, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). You will ensure that all contracts and related processes are executed efficiently, comply with legal standards, and align with the company’s strategic objectives. You will be a key point of contact for contract-related queries, working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and legal teams to safeguard the company’s interests. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end management of procurement contracts within the engineering sector, ensuring that all agreements are in line with company standards and regulations. Manage licensing agreements, ensuring proper compliance and alignment with operational needs. Develop, implement, and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Lead the preparation, review, and management of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with suppliers and partners, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Act as a key liaison between internal teams (procurement, legal, finance, engineering) and external suppliers to ensure clear and effective communication throughout the contract lifecycle. Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring favourable outcomes for the company while mitigating risks. Monitor contract performance, ensuring all obligations are met and identifying any potential risks or issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement contracts, licenses, and NDAs. Provide advice and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding contract terms, policy adherence, and procurement best practices. Support the training and development of team members on contract management, procurement processes, and policy management. The successful Procurement Contracts Manager will have:

Significant experience in contract management, procurement, and policy management, ideally within an engineering or technical environment. Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement contracts, licensing agreements, and NDAs. Strong understanding of procurement processes, legal frameworks, and risk management. Knowledge of engineering industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements is advantageous. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities. Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Right to work in the UK is required. A full, valid UK driving licence is ideal due to the location of the role, but the office can be accessed by public transport if needed.
