The position of
Procurement Coordinator
is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, driven, and passionate individual to join a highly respected supplier to retail customers. With a desire to learn and achieve, the successful individual will become fundamental support in a fast paced environment, contributing to and achieving the highest level of customer service and satisfaction from point of purchase to a highly regarded retail customer. Responsibilities include; Assist the Procurement Managers with all aspects of running an effective supply chain Set up Purchase Orders in the Prophet ERP system for all arrivals Build and maintain supplier load plans amending orders as required to maximise service Liaise with growers to confirm volumes, arrival dates & varieties loaded Work closely with the logistics & planning team to maintain accurate stock positions for all products Update and maintain master arrivals data & assist with the preparation of season reviews Provide weekly pricing and costing models in a timely and accurate manner Prepare grower finalisations & returns as instructed We require; Experience in a Supply Chain / Procurement support position would be highly advantageous Exposure to a FMCG environment, ideally within the Fresh Food / Fresh Produce sectors A high level of organisation, accuracy, and a personable & professional approach Ability to work with attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment Strong IT skills with exposure to ERP systems, ideally Prophet Salary; up to 35k + Bonus opportunity Hours; Monday - Friday Location; Kent
