From £46,000 What you'll be doing: Contract management - major subcontract & transactional Being accountable for all related Supply Chain activity in line with area of responsibility Developing and applying activities that deliver on People (Resourcing & Capabilities), Process, Technology & reporting which support the successful delivery of the SC function Communicating effectively with functional and external stakeholder management and deputise for the SC Senior Manager as required You will be managing/coaching a team of professionals Your skills and experiences: Supply Chain, Procurement or Project Management experience Excellent Stakeholder Management ERP & PLM System knowledge Microsoft Package User Experience of working within aerospace, defence and/or MOD packages Previously held line management responsibility Benefits: You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. The Procurement team: As a Procurement leader at BAE Systems, you will be deployed to some of our major projects, enabling & empowering the team through the delivery of People, Process, Toolsets & Reporting. This is a fast-paced, commercial procurement environment with a varied range of development opportunities, working as part of a diverse team to deliver part of the UK's National Defence Programme.
