What You Will Do:

Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with preferred suppliers, ensuring the best value for the company. Negotiate prices, agree on terms and conditions, and set up contracts and supply agreements, focusing on agriculture, medicine, vaccines, and chemicals. Conduct spend, contract, and market analysis, communicating findings to the wider business. Collaborate with the Agriculture team to ensure contracts and pricing are current and meet the company's requirements. Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation across sites, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs. Report on supply chain risks and opportunities, ensuring compliance with Procurement processes and procedures. What You Will Bring:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Procurement Manager position, ideally within the food industry. CIPS qualification, showcasing your commitment to procurement excellence. Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of contract terms and conditions. Strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively. A full UK driving license, enabling you to visit suppliers and stakeholders as needed.
