Overview Join a global leader in space innovation, driving cutting-edge solutions for on-orbit servicing and sustainable space development. As a Procurement Manager – Satellite Systems, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with international teams across global offices and interact with world-class suppliers. Occasional travel to meet global suppliers may be required. Key Responsibilities Review and/or draft procurement and commercial documents, including Statements of Work (SOW), Contracts, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Support the preparation of technical specifications. Lead or support supplier negotiations to secure the best outcomes. Draft and issue procurement contracts, primarily for UK products. Oversee supplier performance from contract award through delivery completion. Ensure compliance with export controls for procurement to final destinations, including supplier country regulations. Consult with space agencies and industry suppliers to ensure mission success. What We’re Looking For: BSc or equivalent in Engineering, Procurement, or Business Management. Strong commercial experience in satellite subsystems procurement. Proven ability to prepare and review commercial documents (SOW, Contracts, NDAs). End-to-end procurement lifecycle experience in an engineering product environment. Expertise in managing suppliers, from sourcing to post-delivery. Knowledge of European and US export controls. Exceptional negotiation skills. What we offer Competitive base salary.
