Full-time, Permanent Our client, a leading financial services company based in Kent, is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join their dynamic team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong procurement background, looking to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities:
Tender Process Management:
Oversee the end-to-end tender process, including defining requirements, conducting market analysis, managing RFPs, and evaluating responses. Contract Negotiation:
Lead negotiations on contracts, including defining service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring all terms and conditions are clear and aligned with the business's needs. P2P Management:
Oversee the Procurement to Pay (P2P) process, ensuring efficient and effective procurement operations. Contract Review & Amendments:
Regularly review contracts, propose amendments, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Supplier Selection:
Define selection criteria, evaluate suppliers, and ensure the best-fit partnerships are established. Required Experience & Skills:
Procurement Experience:
At least 4+ years of experience in procurement, either as a Senior Buyer looking to step into a managerial role or already in a Procurement Manager position. Indirect Services Experience:
Knowledge and experience in procurement of indirect services, including IT, Facilities, and HR. Contract Negotiation Expertise:
Proven experience negotiating contracts, reviewing terms and conditions, and understanding liabilities and contractual obligations. PRA Understanding (Preferred):
Familiarity with the PRA (Prudential Regulation Authority) regulations is an advantage, though not essential. Please apply as directed.
