As Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for establishing the procurement function for our client. This is a brownfield role, a great opportunity to use your knowledge and experience to develop a purchasing function - develop, improve & implement better practice procurement across the business. Procurement Manager - Role and Responsibilities: develop, improve & implement better practice / fit for purpose procurement processes & procedures win hearts & minds - build strong internal stakeholder relationships so procurement becomes a trusted go-to business partner identify & evaluate potential suppliers, creating supplier score cards to ensure they deliver against their KPIs - quality, cost, delivery, innovation, CI, financial stability etc build supplier relationships to foster collaboration & innovation etc so the company becomes customer of choice . Procurement Manager - Skills and Abilities: proven track record in delivering a high quality procurement service strong stakeholder relationship management strong communication & negotiation skills & experience proven experience working in an engineering / manufacturing environment ideally CIPS qualified (Level 4+) Interested in this Procurement Manager role?
