Futures have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Procurement Manager on behalf of a leading, global, billion £ FMCG business who are well-known in the market for its market-leading products that we all use day to day! The company will invest in the development of this role, equipping you with the key skills for the present and ensuring you have a fulfilling, long-term career. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this is a dual-site role in which you will cover 2 of the business’s largest manufacturing sites. Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Working in partnership with Group Procurement, Suppliers and Customers to accelerate financial delivery, protect the business from risk and transform supplier-led innovation Own the procurement process within the business ensuring that it operates efficiently within the Group’s procurement framework and maximises the benefit from the Group’s expertise and opportunities available Own the Procurement Agenda and be accountable for planning and delivering the businesses Price Variance and Profit Improvement Plan ensuring that central procurement understands and delivers the strategic and operational needs Overseeing the sign-off for NPD and approving suppliers Key Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum of 3 years experience working within a procurement function, ideally within food manufacturing Ability to communicate with Internal and External Senior Stakeholders Driving through step changes within a business Need to demonstrate the ability to deliver the highest performance standards for self The ability to make difficult decisions and to take a calm and measured approach in an often pressured environment Please apply for more info on this amazing opportunity!
