Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Procurement Manager / Senior Procurement Manager to enhance data utilization. This position includes deriving insights from data, producing and applying reporting strategies, and improving data-driven decision-making through metrics. The successful candidate will integrate data insights with functionalities to drive business excellence and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver reports that provide actionable insights into business processes. Empower teams to leverage data effectively by making complex data accessible and understandable. Promote the use of data as a strategic asset, integrating insights into workflows. Integrate internal and external data for advanced industry benchmarking and strategic planning. Develop forward-looking data strategies to anticipate business needs. Oversee the full data lifecycle, ensuring effective data management. Implement processes for continuous data monitoring, cleaning, and enrichment. Establish and maintain robust data governance protocols. Assess and optimize system performance to enhance data-driven decision-making. Serve as the SME for all data-related questions, providing guidance on leveraging data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful reports and dashboards. Lead initiatives to enhance reporting capabilities and ensure agility in response to trends. Configure and maintain Coupa system settings to align with business needs. Create compelling Coupa content, including dashboards, reports, and user guides. Identify opportunities for process improvements within Coupa. Work closely with stakeholders to refine the Coupa platform. Monitor Coupa updates and integrate new features into content strategies. Key Skills and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, accounting, finance, or related business discipline. Working history in procurement with progressive responsibility. Experience in business analysis related to the responsibilities of this position. Working experience with data management tools like Power BI, Smart Sheets, etc. Proven track record of informing business stakeholders on data trends and insights. Strong process and time management skills. Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple projects. Strong customer service, teamwork, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other design tools.
