Procurement Manager
Responsible for Supplier Demand Planning and delivery of all direct materials and services, ensuring supplier on-time delivery, parts quality, and cost requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Leadership and development of a team of Procurement Buyer-Planners.
Responsibility for supplier delivery on time and inventory levels through the supply chain while supporting quality and cost.
Establishing a Supplier capacity planning model.
Sourcing, Cost Out, and Business Model Changes.
Management of ECN and MPS changes.
Commodity strategy projects.
Working closely with Supplier Quality and Supplier Delivery teams to improve the current supply base.
Developing new suppliers as needed.
Expertise on the sustainability of ERP Data.
Maintaining ERP (for example MFGPro) supplier parameters.
Managing supplier compliance and communications.
Performance measurement (Quality, Cost, and Delivery) of the supply base and feedback of results.
What you will bring:
Suitably qualified, ideally BA in Supply Chain Management (desirable but not essential).
Knowledge and understanding of material planning systems (e.g., MRP/ERP).
CIPS/APICS certified (or working towards certification).
Experience leading cross-functional teams.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
