Job Description: As a Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing procurement strategies that align with organisational goals. Your responsibilities include streamlining sourcing processes, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring sustainability. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and achieve cost-saving objectives.

In this role, the Procurement Manager will oversee supply chain compliance, negotiate competitive vendor agreements, and contribute to the company's environmental and social responsibility initiatives. The Procurement Manager will also provide mentorship to team members, fostering growth and efficiency within the department.

Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing best-in-class procurement policies. Conducting market analyses to mitigate risks and forecast trends. Managing supplier performance, including audits and relationship development. Driving sustainability initiatives within the supply chain. Collaborating with global teams to support strategic procurement goals. Skills & Experience: Relevant procurement experience. Proven leadership skills, including performance management and team development. Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
