Operational buying of material and plant requirements for regional civil engineering projects.
Ensuring projects receive material orders to the required quality, cost, and delivery expectations.
Negotiating with suppliers that are not covered by frameworks.
Supporting operational teams with day-to-day challenges on contracts.
Maximising the use of framework agreements to ensure savings and rebates are achieved.
