We’re seeking a Procurement Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end Procurement activity across range of procurement categories focusing in particular on Technology, IT and Professional Services. If you have a strong background in IT/Technology category management, thrive in a complex environment and possess excellent negotiation skills, this role is for you. You will work with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure we maximise the benefits from a strong supply chain and deliver maximum value for our business and our guests.

Create and update procurement strategies to keep us ahead of the game. Focus on Technology, IT and Professional Services, working closely with stakeholders to develop winning strategies. Keep an eye on industry trends and bring innovative procurement ideas to the table. Understand every aspect of our business and become the go-to expert for procurement insights. Lead and manage procurement projects, forming cross-functional teams to ensure success. Oversee the entire procurement process, ensuring best practices every step of the way. Lead sourcing activities, draft tenders, select new suppliers, and implement agreements smoothly. Plan and execute negotiation strategies to benefit Parkdean Resorts. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers at all levels. Provide guidance, find cost-saving opportunities, and add value to our procurement processes. Help our procurement team shine and promote the benefits of early involvement in sourcing activities. Cultivate supplier relationships to ensure continuous improvement and access to innovation. Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and Health & Safety across procurement.

Some of the skills and experience we are looking for:

Ability to quickly engage and build relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders. Experience in IT and Professional Services categories. Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills. A good sense of urgency and adaptability under pressure. Experience in managing deliverables, escalation, and resolution of barriers to success. Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation. Driven to learn with a sense of curiosity and a positive attitude. Organised and pragmatic approach to work.
