Our client is looking for a proactive professional with expertise in engineering, project management, or commercial operations to take the lead in developing NEC4 contract scope documentation. This role involves authoring key sections of the scope documents, as well as coordinating, reviewing, and consolidating contributions from other specialists within the client team, including those in engineering, quality, information management, project controls, and related fields. Key Skills

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related role with regular involvement in contract management – either pre- or post-contract stages. This experience could be gained from project management, technical or commercial roles. Experience preparing or implementing a range of forms of NEC4 contracts, with strong knowledge of how Scope packages are constructed. Confident communicator in both written and face-to-face environments. Comfortable working both within a team, and autonomously as required. Detail oriented, with concise and articulate manner to ensure scope information is portrayed in an effective manner. Organised approach to ensure deadlines are established, monitored and achieved across the full team contributing to the scope documents. Experience of working in a Nuclear regulated environment (or similar regulated industry) Experience of working within the MoD estate, Faslane experience would be beneficial.
