Position Overview: This role will manage a significant category spend, implementing strategies that focus on value creation, supply security, and sustainability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, Operations, and Finance, to deliver impactful results. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and delivering cost savings, efficiency improvements, and sustainable solutions. Responsibilities Include: Developing and executing sourcing strategies. Managing the RFI/RFP/e-Auction process. Conducting complex data analysis and financial modeling. Negotiating with suppliers and managing relationships. Leading change management initiatives. Qualifications: BSc/MSc in Business or related field. Previous procurement experience, including in flexible packaging sourcing. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience with commodity markets and price mitigation strategies.
