Role Overview We are currently looking for an experienced Procurement Supply Chain Leader to join a leading medical technology company in Devon. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact by leading a team, overseeing material planning, indirect procurement, and plant maintenance stores. Key Duties and Responsibilities Leading all aspects of purchasing activities, including raw and indirect materials and Plant Maintenance stores. Implementing the site MRO strategy, aiming to reduce vendor numbers and enhance supplier integration. Collaborating with production operations to manage any warehouse or production changes impacting supply chain processes. Ensuring supplier compliance with corporate procedures, conducting regular audits, and handling CAPA actions. Role Requirements Relevant professional qualifications such as MCIPS or equivalent are desirable. Extensive experience in supply chain management within a high-volume manufacturing environment. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to develop and manage multi-disciplined teams. Proficiency in supplier and customer relationship management, with a focus on delivering measurable benefits.
